Text-message program terms and opt-in

Messages from ALFA MFG are about your business with us: updates on your project and orders (quote ready, samples shipped, production scheduled, order shipped), one-time sign-in codes when you log in to ALFA OS or the client portal, and customer service — replies to questions you send us and reminders you asked for. We do not send promotional or marketing texts unless you have separately and clearly opted in to those.

You opt in by ticking the box “Text me updates about my project — msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to cancel.” in the project wizard at start.alfamfg.com, by giving us your mobile number for two-step sign-in, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team in writing that you want texts. When you opt in we record the date, time, wording you agreed to, and the IP address and browser used, as proof of consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your project — typically a handful of messages around each milestone, and one text per sign-in that uses a text code. Msg & data rates may apply. Messages are sent from a registered US business number through Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact us at info@alfamfg.com. You can also text or email us at any time to change the number on file. Stopping texts does not stop one-time sign-in codes you request yourself by choosing the text option at login; switch to an authenticator app or device biometrics if you prefer no texts at all.

Your number and message history are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Twilio, which delivers our messages, processes them on our instructions only.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept the updated terms, and STOP always works.
